We know all kiddos are unique, so we're happy to customize their surprise boxes for them. If you want to avoid box bickering when oredering multiple boxes, let us know when you order that you need identical items in each box. Shoot us a message and we'll make it happen!
We can't predict shipping and vendor hiccups, though. So, we might have to swap it for something else. But don't worry, our super-cool Box Design, Good List Certificates, Medals, and Digital Scavenger Hunts are always in stock, since we make those in-house. We promise to create an unforgettable experience for your kiddos!
Oops! Filled out the form wrong and now your certificate is all mixed up? Don't sweat it, we've got you covered. We'll zip over a shiny new certificate for you, free of charge, so you can print it off and pop it onto your gift box. But if you'd prefer to have a fresh box, you'll have to cover the cost for the replacement box and the shipping fees - no worries though, this saves you from paying return shipping and then replacement shipping fees!
Now, if the goof was on our end, we'll send you a new box or email a certificate - whichever you need - without any hassle, so you can make sure your gift arrives right on time.
Quick tip: The sooner you let us know about the mistake, the more options we have to help you out. Just give us a holler!
